Support initiatives that protect and promote the scenic amenity, natural and cultural values of the Boonah district (e.g Green Cauldron – National Landscape)

Transport
We need to develop a public transport system that meets the needs of our community and is more attractive than the use of the private car. We need a funding model that pays for public transport as the essential community service it is.

Communities across the Beaudesert Electorate have pressed for better public transport for over 20 years from an upgrade of the interstate line to more bus services across the region. None of this has been delivered by successive Queensland governments. The Queensland Greens will turn this around.

Farmers
As the managers of the largest proportion of Queensland’s natural and production landscape, farmers should be celebrated, supported and rewarded for the role they play in producing our food and managing our natural resources”.
